What does the Data Set-up fee cover?

Our system is very comprehensive. It functions with a variety of assessments, funding agencies, report templates, and other important information. As a result, we have our developers take time to load your data system with any specific templates, that we currently offer, that you wish to have.

What is your refund policy?

Currently wePortal does not offer refunds.  However, if you have a special circumstance, please contact us and we would be happy to work something out with you.

Can i change plans whenever i want?

Absolutely, feel free to change plans at any time.  Our automated system allows you to quickly change from one plan to the next.

When do i get billed?

Billing occurs once a month and continues until services are cancelled.

Is my data safe and secure?

Definitely, wePortal takes every possible precaution to ensure that your data is secure and only the people you authorize can access it.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we take credit cards, as your payments are automatically deducted from your card monthly.

Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?

NO contracts. NO cancellation fees. We stand behind our products. If you’re unhappy, we’ll make it right.

Do you charge for training?

No, we do not currently charge for training. We offer free resources in our knowledge base and video tutorials if you prefer to learn at your own pace.  We also offer complimentary 1 on 1 training to customers and unlimited email support.
