wePortal is here to stay, and you can rest easy knowing that our team will be updating and improving it for years to come. Sometimes we will have to do an update to the system, but don’t worry, we will let you know in advance.
As a precaution against unwanted bugs and unforeseen problems, wePortal does periodic maintenance to our system. Now this usually happens when you are sleeping, but we thought it was important to let you know ahead of time.
wePortal spends countless people hours inspecting the entirety of the system, ensuring that every field is functional. We’ve also made it easy to report bugs with an in-system feature that enables you to instantly take a screenshot and write a description of the problem with a click of the mouse.
Not sure how to use a particular module or feature within the portal? Don’t worry its a big system and we realized that when we created it. So to help ease the learning curve, we have created a set of instructional articles and videos.
Have a bug that needs fixin (Is that a word)… Don’t like the way we set something up and want to change it? Not sure how something is “Suppose” to work? Tell us, and we will get right on it!

We know that sounds corny, but we actually mean it. Our service staff are available at all times of the day, because we are addicted…that’s right you guessed it…to helping you. We wont always be able to fix your issue immediately, but we will stay in contact with you while its being worked on. And we will give you regular updates on the status of your issue and make sure we find a work around while you wait, but that’s just because we like you.
